"After searching online, I found a license key, used it to install what I thought was a legal copy of this disc, and it now works. Unusable
"I purchased this disc from Public Safety LMR (invoice number 2017-1293) through Amazon. I quickly received it in good condition. I cannot get it to install on any of my PC's (Windows XP & Windows 10) without the "serial number". I have used the "Key" number provided and evidently it is no good. I have also used other numbers that I have located within other files, and printed on the disc with no luck. I have emailed Public Safety LMR over 24 hours ago, and have received no response."
